Staff Specialist Master Data Management

Accountable for delivering BE Factory Master Data to site Operations and Support Functions to support mass production. Your Role Key responsibilities in your new role * Accountable for monitoring the accuracy and timeliness of Master Data updates and maintenance for new and existing product releases. * Accountable for monitoring data accuracy in PGS+PL sustaining across back-end sites. * Coordinate and facilitate the resolution of master data-related issues. * Accountable for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of Master Data readiness. * Accountable for MDM solution standardization and governance across back-end sites. * Responsible for MDM process automation and continuous improvement in line with business changes. * Responsible to train newcomers. Your Profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed * Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or an equivalent field. * Background in IT-related fields (e.g., Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology). * Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with good problem-solving and strategic analysis abilities. * Good interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively with people at all levels. * Strong logical thinking and reasoning skills. * Experience in SAP, Opcenter (MES), Oracle SQL Development, Business Warehouse, Business Objects, Tableau, Visual Basic, and Microsoft Excel macro functions will be an added advantage. * Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
