Responsibilities The Opportunity The Accounts Receivable Analyst accesses and investigates open balances for the warehouse on a timely basis while also reconciling adjustments, rebills and processes chargebacks as needed Your Impact As AR Assoc Analyst your functions would consist of: Support of Accounts Receivable Tasks including, but not limited to: (Making Decisions, Executing Actions) Timely and Accurate follow up on open balances in the Arctree system within the SLA Timely and Accurate reconciliation of AR adjustments Research, Troubleshoot, and Rebill balances Timely communication with account owners to validate pricing Manage Customer responses, ensuring all critical inputs are gathered from customers regarding open balances (Executing Actions, Providing Consultation) Manage rebill activity for non-national accounts and communicate tracker to all market locations to ensure actions are taken Research balances in system and validate appropriate steps forward Provide Field Location Leaders with ad-hoc support as needed, and periodic updates on process improvement opportunities Qualifications Who Are We Looking For? Education Bachelor’s degree in Business/Control/Operations Experience Fluent in English Ability to work within strict deadlines, learn new processes quickly, work effectively with a team and adapt to constantly evolving work responsibilities Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills to formulate effective action plans to deal with issues proactively Fluent with data, and proven ability to utilize Excel to extract necessary data when needed Exceptional organizational skills to handle the high volume of request Ability to effectively communicate in a professional and constructive manner internally and with customers Advanced/Proficient Computer Skills (Outlook, Word, Power Point, Excel) Strong passion for customer service Ability to effectively interact and build a favorable business relationship with internal and external customers Strong team player and committed to teamwork in all situations Excellent written and oral communications skills Demonstrated ability to leveraging system and tools Meticulous attention to detail If this is an opportunity that interests you, we encourage you to apply even if you do not meet 100% of the requirements.
