Join us as a Supply Chain Systems & Tooling Specialist

  • In your new role, you'll combine data-driven insight and technical expertise to support the delivery of end-to-end supply chain solutions, reporting enhancements and process optimisation initiatives
  • You'll simplify and enhance supply chain systems, tools and processes, driving scalable solutions that improve efficiency, controls and user experience

What you’ll do

As our Supply Chain Systems & Tooling Specialist, you’ll analyse, configure and enhance end-to-end supply chain solutions, optimising systems, processes and performance. You’ll translate business challenges into scalable technical solutions, using analytics to support decision-making and drives continuous improvement across supply chain platforms and tools. Building strong stakeholder and supplier relationships, you’ll provide operational support and subject matter expertise to drive adoption and continuous improvement.

Your work will focus on:

  • Designing and delivering end-to-end supply chain and technology solutions, translating business requirements into practical and scalable outcomes.
  • Providing technical expertise across supply chain systems and processes, supporting system enhancements, process improvements and effective solution delivery.
  • Configuring and maintaining supply chain platforms, including workflows, user access, permissions and system administration activities
  • Supporting release management, testing and deployment activities, making sure changes are controlled, compliant and aligned to governance standards
  • Monitoring system performance, incidents and data quality, taking action to maintain platform stability, integrity and effective controls
  • Supporting reporting enhancements, data remediation and optimisation initiatives, while capturing and documenting business and technical requirements

The skills you'll need

To succeed in this role, you’ll bring experience of system configuration, administration and technical solution delivery, ideally across Jaggaer, Ariba, Coupa, ProcessUnity, ServiceNow, Power BI and Power Automate. You’ll also have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including experience working with complex data sets and translating insight into practical solutions.

You’ll also bring:

  • An understanding of supply chain processes and third-party environments
  • The ability to translate business challenges into effective technical solutions
  • Experience working with Agile and structured change delivery frameworks
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • The ability to communicate technical impacts clearly to support informed decision-making
  • Good organisational and planning skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively
  • Minimum of 8 years of work experience is required; Agile certification, such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), and ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification are desirable.
