Overview Responsible for developing and executing supply plans to ensure the right products are available at the right time and in the right quantities while maintaining optimal inventory levels. The role involves analyzing demand forecasts, inventory positions, production and procurement capacity, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to address supply constraints and ensure business continuity. Responsibilities develop and maintain supply plans based on demand forecasts, inventory levels, and business requirements. Monitor inventory levels and identify potential shortages, excess stock, and supply risks. Coordinate with Procurement, Production, Logistics, Sales, and Demand Planning teams to align supply with demand. Review and adjust supply plans based on changes in demand, capacity, lead times, and material availability. Manage material and product availability to support customer and operational requirements. Identify supply constraints and develop mitigation plans to minimize service and production disruptions. Monitor key supply planning KPIs such as inventory levels, service level, stock availability, and forecast/supply plan adherence. Support the S&OP/IBP process by providing supply capacity analysis and recommendations. Maintain accurate planning data and ensure ERP/MRP systems reflect current supply requirements. Continuously improve planning processes, inventory efficiency, and supply chain performance. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering . 1-3 years of experience in supply planning, demand planning, inventory management, or supply chain operations. Strong knowledge of supply chain planning principles, inventory management, forecasting, and replenishment. Experience with ERP/MRP systems such as SAP, JDA or Microsoft Dynamics. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query, and data analysis. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret large amounts of data. Good understanding of production capacity, material availability, lead times, and procurement processes. Strong communication and coordination skills with cross-functional teams. Ability to manage priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and mitigate supply risks. Knowledge of S&OP/IBP processes is an advantage. APICS/ASCM certification such as CPIM or CSCP is an advantage. Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
