In the role of Supply Planning Analyst based in Milwaukee, WI, you will be part of the Canada Customer Supply Chain organization. You will support supply planning processes and contribute to overall supply chain optimization for Molson Coors. This role creates value by helping design and enhance the Molson Coors supply network—from suppliers through distributors. In addition, you will play a key role in the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process, aligning Sales, Supply Chain, and Finance leadership on volume, revenue, and supply plans.

This position will also include Customer Supply Analyst responsibilities. You will manage forecasts, inventory, orders, shipment information, and demand analysis for a defined set of breweries, distribution centers, import partners, contract partners, and field sales and marketing teams. 

This position reports to Process Lead, Customer Supply Planning and works closely with Supply Planning Analysts, Distributors, and Logistics Team.

 

 

What You’ll Be Brewing: 

•    Contributes detailed supply plans to the sales and operations planning (S&OP) process, and other product supply execution processes
•    Assists Senior Supply Planning Analysts in the creation and management of timely and accurate supply chain plans that deliver balanced results related to financial, quality, service, productivity and business growth that delivers MCBC’s annual plan and 3-5 year plan
•    Identifies and builds collaborative relationships with key stakeholders, primarily inside Integrated Supply Chain and Commercial and Sales Organizations
•    Compile and verify capacity inputs; including the governance of changes
•    Identify sourcing and capital recommendations to address over-capacity situations
•    Prepare routine and ad hoc utilization summaries to be distributed to internal stakeholders 

  • Manage distributor relationships to ensure that their product needs are satisfied
  • Capitalize on all wholesale/retail sales opportunities, through proactive inventory management and analysis, while balancing distributors’ and MillerCoors goals/costs
  • Make timely decisions to resolve distributor, field sales, and brewery requests/problems with a sense of urgency, leveraging superior customer working relationships with all internal and external contacts
  • Maintain the integrity of forecasting, ordering and reporting systems that are used by MillerCoors, import and contract distributors, providing users training and guidance as needed

 

 

 

Key Ingredients: 

  • Excellent PC (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, MS-Outlook) and analytical skills, experience in Business Objects and SAP are highly desirable
  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business or related field OR equivalent work experience.
  • 1-2 years of experience in Customer Service or Supply Chain 
  • Demonstrable evidence of driving World Class Supply Initiatives to deliver on challenging objectives

At Molson Coors, we’re committed to paying people fairly and equitably for the work they do.


Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings: $69,800.00 - $91,600.00 (posting salary range) + 10target short term incentive + $23,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).


The posting range provided above for salary is what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.  We ultimately pay based on a number of non-discriminatory factors that inform pay decisions including but not limited to the required work location, previous work experience, skill set and internal equity.
