What would you do? • The Statutory Accounting team manages statutory audits for Group entities in line with applicable GAAP requirements while supporting various stakeholders across the business. This position provides exposure to end-to-end statutory reporting, coordination with auditors, and cross-functional collaboration with tax, treasury, and corporate teams. • This is the process of generating financial statements in accordance with client policies and statutory requirements. • Activities include IFRS to local GAAP reconciliation, updating notes accounts, XBRL tagging, preparing tax packs etc.

Roles and Responsibilities: • • Prepare annual statutory accounts for assigned legal entities in compliance with local GAAP. • • Coordinate with external auditors to ensure timely completion and filing of statutory accounts. • • Develop audit schedules, reconciliations, and support documentation. • • Liaise with Business Units, Legal, Corporate, Treasury, HR, and Payroll teams to provide auditors with necessary information and approvals. • • Draft financial statements and disclosures in accordance with statutory requirements. • • Prepare and support annual legal entity returns, collaborating with tax and corporate advisors to meet filing deadlines. • • Address queries raised by directors during financial statement reviews and obtain required approvals. • • Work with the Tax team to finalize tax disclosures and calculations.
