Within the Data Department, you will join the Data Engineering vertical and report to our Data Director. Your mission will be to co-lead a Feature Team (FT) alongside a Product Owner. Your team's mission is to provide the best Data Products (Analytics and AI) to your users while ensuring the lowest possible service cost.

Your Mission:

As a technical advisor and guarantor of “quality/performance,” your job will be to manage the people involved in developing and improving data products. 

As Tech Lead, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing and coaching a team of Data Engineers (internal and external)
  • Ensuring the implementation of best development practices (DevOps, etc.)
  • Making technical and modeling choices in consultation with other Data Leads (Snowflake urbanization, patterns, dependencies, quality, etc.)
  • Integrating data sources under the responsibility of your FT via our in-house “DataHub” solution
  • Industrializing Data products (analytics & AI)
  • Optimizing their performance and costs (FinOps)

Qualifications

And you?
