Job Summary:
Western Midstream seeks a Title Analyst to join the Land Administration organization located in The Woodlands, Texas. This position will focus on maintaining land records, overseeing monthly expiration and obligation calendars, and updating landowner records.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5+ years of lease and contract review, entry, and maintenance.
- Understands surface rights, lease maintenance requirements, and other key components of Land and associated legal documents as well as the various systems and tools used for research and analysis.
- Possesses technical knowledge, strong analytical skills and ability to resolve complex issues with independent action and decision-making.
- Possesses ability to multi-task various tasks and projects.
- Able to work independently of others with limited supervision or within a group on complex assignments.
- Proficient with Quorum Land System and Microsoft Office: (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point)
