Qualifications & Experience: • Master’s degree in Economics, Econometrics, Transport Planning, Data Science or equivalent. • 8–12 years’ relevant experience in economic analysis, forecasting, transport analytics or similar; demonstrable experience in investment-grade traffic due diligence and toll revenue modelling is required. • Expert Python (pandas, numpy, statsmodels, scikit-learn), advanced SQL (Postgres, BigQuery) and Advanced Excel skills. • Deep understanding of time-series forecasting, econometrics, causal inference and model validation techniques. • Experience with reproducible data pipelines and tooling (Docker, Airflow, Git, CI) and cloud analytics (GCP/BigQuery or AWS). • Strong client-facing skills and experience presenting to senior stakeholders. • Excellent technical writing skills and ability to translate analysis into commercial recommendations.
