Transformation & Data’s Customer Experience (CX) Strategy team is looking for a Behavioural Scientist who will be part of the team driving behavioural science projects at DBS. You will be involved in driving CX & business impact by applying behavioural science. To do so, you will uncover behavioural biases and barriers that are affecting customer decisions and behaviours, design behaviourally-informed interventions for experimentation, and upskill the bank on behavioural science. The right candidate is passionate about improving customer experiences and business outcomes by scaling behavioural science and rigorous experimentation at the bank.

Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience
- Strong communication skills and extensive experience in engaging executive leadership teams
- Degree in a field related to Economics / Social or Cognitive Psychology / Behavioural Science / Statistics / Data Analytics / Consumer Behaviour is preferred but not required
- Have deep expertise and advanced knowledge of behavioural / psychological science or behavioural economics
- Experienced and comfortable with running statistical analysis on R or Python
- Have an interest in CX and customer research
- A self-starter and collaborator that flourishes in a fast-paced, ever-changing and deadline-driven environment
