- Validate root cause of failure against approved fault codes/diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs) to ensure claims are technically justified and not duplicative, fraudulent, or outside policy coverage
- Cross-check claim details (mileage, in-service date, VIN history, prior repair history) to confirm eligibility and prevent claim leakage
- Ensure accurate coding of failure modes, causal parts, and labor times to support downstream warranty analytics and supplier recovery processes
- Assess warranty claims across global markets for the assigned commodity
- Achieve 100% capacity utilization
- Maintain claim mix proportionate to intake volumes
- Uphold a 99% quality benchmark in claim assessments
- Flag assessment concerns to Team Leads to strengthen claim controls
- Recommend ways to standardize assessing practices, steps, and identify cost-saving opportunities globally
