Full postingThis role is responsible for defining and executing the strategy, governance, and business oversight of Wealth Management financial data to ensure accuracy, accessibility, security, and regulatory compliance while enhancing client and business outcomes.
Education & alternatives
Experience * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Data Science, or a related field. * 8+ years of experience in wealth management, data strategy, or business-driven data management. * Strong understanding of wealth management business, financial instruments, market and reference data * Experience leading data governance, regulatory compliance, and data-driven decision-making * Ability to partner effectively with technology teams on data architecture, analytics, and system enhancements. * Excellent leadership, communication, relationship building and stakeholder management skills. * 4+ years of people management experience. * Experience defining data quality requirements, business rules, metadata standards, and governance controls. * Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and Agile methodologies to document business requirements, manage sprint planning, track delivery progress, and support release management activities. * Knowledge of emerging technologies such as AI, machine learning, and cloud-based data solutions. * Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data issues into business strategies.
