&lt;p&gt;The Client Finance Analyst II will assist in the overall financial management for our client portfolio, reporting, general day-to-day activities, and related month end close duties.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Essential functions of the job include but are not limited to: &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;li&gt;Support the overall monthly project accounting efforts including taking notes from the monthly status meetings with project managers and making project updates across financial trackers.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Setup projects &amp;amp; review contract components including verifying signatures, identifying revenue type, agreeing to Salesforce, tracking of milestones/tasks, and intercompany amounts as applicable. Follow up with project leads on discrepancies as required.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Update project files for change orders, budget adjustments &amp;amp; carve outs, and updating project financial trackers for specific project milestones/tasks.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Book intercompany revenue/cost transactions &amp;amp; update shared financial trackers.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Prepare and investigate hours and expenses for client projects incurred including review of assigned billing roles/rates.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Prepare &amp;amp; submit approved client invoicing based on contracts and follow up with customers on past due invoices. When applicable, create &amp;amp; maintain waterfall of invoicing per contracts.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Prepare monthly client accruals for accuracy&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Support the review of client business development opportunities in Salesforce and ensure accuracy across internal schedules and financial trackers.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Track project costs compared to contracted amounts as well as other direct costs shared across projects/clients.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Set up &amp;amp; tracking of new employees and when applicable subcontractor hours/expenses/bill rates monthly compared to forecast and budget.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Update basic and routine monthly general ledger account reconciliations. Collaborate with SG&amp;amp;A team where applicable.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Assist SG&amp;amp;A team with the coding expense reports, invoices and/or credit card bookings to ensure proper approval to billable projects.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Assist with ad hoc projects as applicable, including the annual budget preparation.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Assist in pulling supporting documents for the annual audit&lt;/li&gt;
