Senior Research Analyst

<div><span style="font-size: 10pt;">As a BI Analyst, you will be responsible for working closely with many divisions of the company such as Executive Leadership, Product Development and Adoption, Technology, Performance, Growth, and Strategic Payer Partnerships. This position develops moderately complex datasets, assists with complex dataset development, and develops data visualizations and analyses as the subject matter expert in your domain. Knowledgeable to answer a broad set of questions across the company.&nbsp; You work closely with other BI team members and stakeholders on a daily basis. Business Intelligence Analyst II

<div>The Senior Healthcare Analyst will support financial evaluation related analytics and research (focus on the Commercial and Medicaid lines of business).&nbsp;</div><div>- This role will also develop and complete analysis to support Aledade's forecast process and risk management initiatives.&nbsp;</div><div>- This role will work under the direction of actuaries and work with healthcare data including claims, premium, membership, and risk score, etc.&nbsp;</div><div>- This role will work with data from various sources including health plans, public data sources, and consulting firms to generate insight for business strategy development.&nbsp;</div><div>- This role will become a data expert for the financial structure and methodology of value based contracting and will work cross-functionally with business partners and contribute to fact based business decision making.&nbsp;</div><div><br></div><div><br></div>
