&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Responsibilities&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Build and estimate data science teams and projects&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Lead projects overseeing data scientists, data engineers, software engineers, and designers&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Define and decide the best approach to executing machine learning projects based on stakeholder business requirements&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Advise clients on the benefits and risks of leveraging different machine learning models to solve business problems&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Architect and develop machine learning models&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Design simulations to test, train and retrain machine learning models&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Leverage platforms to productionalize models into a variety of platform architectures&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Coordinate with multiple internal and external functional teams to implement models and monitor outcomes&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Develop result-oriented goals and success criteria to continuously monitor and test solutions&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Help drive business results and participate in the growth of the practice and the company&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Mentor new data scientists and engineers on technical capabilities and career goals&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;li&gt;Bachelor’s Degree from a 4-year college/university with a relevant degree (data science, computer science, etc.) or equivalent experience and certifications&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Experience leading data science projects in a production environment&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;5+ years in data science roles or similar experiences&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;3+ years leading projects in client-facing roles&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Knowledge of and/or experience with major MLOps platforms (Sagemaker, Azure ML, Google Cloud AI, MLFlow, etc.)&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Experience with:
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Python and other similar coding technologies (e.g. Scala, Java, R, etc.)&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Training machine learning models (e.g. Scikit-learn, Tensorflow, Keras, PyTorch)&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Advanced data science concepts (e.g. Deep Learning, NLP, Computer Vision)&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Data prep, ETL pipelines, and Distributed Computing (e.g. Pandas, Spark, dask)&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Cloud infrastructure and services (e.g. AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Must be comfortable being online and available approximately between 8AM to 6PM CST&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Must be able to travel to Dallas, Texas or the client location as requested (at a minimum of once a quarter)&lt;/li&gt;
