&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;What You’ll Do:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Partner with key business unit leaders across the company to provide strategic guidance on their custom and specific data needs&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Drive strategic projects from initial architecture to completion&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Model and prepare data for ingestion into visualization and reporting tools, such as Power BI.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Optimize and expand current reporting and ad-hoc data models.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Write proof-of-concept SQL to generate data models to hand off to IT/Engineering.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Expert ability to assess current raw data to ascertain whether it is sufficient to meet stakeholder reporting and analysis requirements and then normalize data for reporting and visualization&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Model data and prepare data for ingestion into visualization and reporting tools using tools such as specialized data preparation tools or SQL code.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Establish strong and lasting relationships with key stakeholders and decision makers in client organizations.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Strong ability to communicate with business stakeholders to generalize their requirements into current and forward-looking reporting.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Ability to approach customer requests with a proactive and consultative manner; listen and understand user requests and needs and effectively deliver.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Comfortable managing multiple and changing priorities, and meeting deadlines in an entrepreneurial environment.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Highly organized, detail-oriented, excellent time management skills and able to effectively prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, high-volume, and evolving work environment.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Deliver thoughtful recommendations through presentations to ultimately influence business decisions&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;May perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Qualifications &amp;amp; Interests:&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Minimun of 5 years of experience in data analysis and/or analytics (turning data into reports/insights, mining data for insights).&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Solid dimensional data modeling experience. Strong in optimization of dimensional modeling&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Minimum of 3 years writing SQL.&amp;nbsp; Solid SQL skills (Microsoft SQL Server/Azure SQL Database)&amp;nbsp;Preferably&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Minimum of 2 year of experience using reporting and dashboarding tools (Tableau, Looker, PowerBI etc.)&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Fluency in a high-level language (Python, R, t-SQL, etc) strongly preferred&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Proficiency and minimum of 2 years developing in DAX or similar preferred&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or equivalent amount of experience&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Excellen communication skills&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Must be able to quickly understand technical and business requirements and be able to translate them into technical implementations&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Motivated self-starter who loves to troubleshoot and solve challenging problems and feels comfortable working directly with customers&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Nice to have skills:&amp;nbsp;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Min of 2 years of experience with SQL Reporting Services&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Familiarity with Power BI/SQL Server Analysis Services&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
