Applying through Workday

  • You create an account with each employer before you can upload anything. Every Workday employer has its own account, so one sign-up doesn’t carry over.
  • “Autofill with Resume” comes right after sign-in, before the My Information and My Experience steps. Check every field it fills in those steps, since that’s what recruiters see.

About the role

We file this job under Analyst, by the work the posting describes.

Analysts answer business questions with data. They pull numbers with SQL, build reports and dashboards, and explain what changed and why to the people making decisions.

Most postings ask for SQL, spreadsheets, a dashboard tool such as Tableau or Power BI, and clear writing.

Unlike a data scientist, an analyst mostly explains what happened rather than building models that predict what will.

About the Role

Are you passionate about the transformative power of artificial intelligence? Do you thrive in cross-functional environments where strategy, technology, and innovation intersect? Are you ready to lead AI initiatives that drive business intelligence, operational efficiency, and strategic growth across the Americas? If you answered "yes," we want to hear from you!

The AI Business Intelligence & Sales Systems Specialist reports to the Operations Leader, Americas, and is responsible for driving AI initiatives across our Americas business — North America and Latin America. This role aligns regional strategies with global AI programs, delivers AI projects that support business objectives, and applies AI and automation to the sales systems, pricing, and order management processes that power our Americas Sales organization.

Partnering with Sales, Finance, Strategy, IT, and Global Technology teams across multiple countries, you will turn AI goals into practical, measurable outcomes, champion responsible AI, and serve as a key point of contact for system and pricing escalations. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with deep knowledge of AI technologies and platforms, a hands-on understanding of sales operations systems, and a proven ability to manage projects across diverse, multicultural teams.

This is a hands-on, multi-faceted role: you may be piloting a generative AI tool or building a predictive model one day and automating an order flow or pricing workflow the next. Success requires strong systems thinking, sound judgment, and the ability to bring clarity in fast-paced environments.

How You'll Make a Difference

·       Collaborate with Americas leadership to implement and refine AI strategies that support business growth, innovation, and operational efficiency across North America and Latin America.

·       Work closely with Global Technology teams to align Americas AI initiatives with global AI programs, while adapting solutions to regional market, language, and regulatory needs.

·       Build and maintain a prioritized AI roadmap and use-case pipeline for the Americas, with clear business cases and success measures.

·       Translate strategic AI goals into actionable projects with measurable outcomes.

AI Project Management & Data Insights – 25%

·       Lead end-to-end AI project lifecycles, from ideation and feasibility analysis to deployment and performance monitoring.

·       Evaluate and integrate AI platforms and tools (e.g., machine learning, NLP, generative AI, AI agents) into business intelligence and operational workflows.

·       Leverage advanced analytics and AI models to uncover trends, forecast outcomes, and support strategic decision-making across Americas markets.

·       Apply agile methodologies and change management practices; promote responsible AI by ensuring compliance with data governance, privacy, and ethical standards across the countries we operate in.

AI-Enabled Sales Systems & Order Management – 20%

·       Apply AI and automation to improve ERP order management, CRM (Salesforce), and reporting workflows, ensuring accuracy, data integrity, and efficient order flow.

·       Partner with technical teams to design, implement, and improve systems, tools, reports, and workflows that support the Americas Sales organization.

·       Serve as a key point of contact for system and operational escalations — resolving issues, improving processes, and driving alignment across teams.

Pricing Operations & Brand Protection – 10%

·       Support MAP enforcement and brand protection processes across Americas markets, using AI-driven monitoring and analytics where possible.

·       Help maintain pricing systems, SKU-level accuracy, price list updates, and pricing governance.

AI Adoption, Enablement & Cross-Functional Collaboration – 10%

·       Partner with Sales, Finance, Strategy, IT, and Ecosystem teams across the Americas to identify AI opportunities and define use cases.

·       Drive adoption of AI solutions across departments and countries, and lead internal education and training initiatives that build AI fluency.

What You Need to Win

·       3+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, AI project management, or sales operations.

·       Strong understanding of AI technologies, including LLMs, generative AI, predictive analytics, and automation tools.

·       Strategic mindset with the ability to align AI initiatives with business goals and deliver measurable outcomes.

·       Hands-on experience aggregating, manipulating, and visualizing data into actionable insights.

·       Familiarity with ERP systems, Salesforce, Excel, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).

·       Results-oriented, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams across multiple countries and cultures.

·       Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

·       Strong analytical skills, business acumen, systems thinking, and attention to detail.

·       High levels of personal integrity and professionalism in handling sensitive data, pricing, and projects.

·       Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and multicultural business environment.

·       Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.

·       5+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or AI project management.

·       Proven experience with AI/ML platforms (e.g., Azure AI, AWS SageMaker, Google Vertex AI).

·       Experience supporting multi-country or Latin American operations; proficiency in Spanish and/or Portuguese is a plus.
