What will your role be?
We are looking for an AI & Data Engineer to perform the following activities:
- Design and develop Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions, including multi-step workflows using LangGraph and LangChain.
- Develop Advanced RAG and Document Processing pipelines for extracting and processing information from complex business documentation.
- Integrate and orchestrate local/on-premise LLMs within internal infrastructure, ensuring secure and confidential data processing.
- Design and develop ETL, data processing and Machine Learning solutions in Python, leveraging Pandas, NumPy and Scikit-learn.
Qualifiche
What are we looking for in you? Experience and competencies
- Minimum 3 - 5 years of professional experience in Generative AI, Machine Learning, data engineering, or a closely related field, with hands-on experience designing and implementing AI-driven solutions.
- Generative AI & Agentic Workflows: proven experience in designing multi-step, stateful workflows using frameworks such as LangGraph and LangChain.
- Advanced RAG & Document Processing: experience implementing hybrid RAG pipelines for the ingestion and extraction of unstructured data from complex documentation, including contract PDFs, tender specifications and technical commissioning reports.
- Local LLM / On-Premise Integration: ability to orchestrate and integrate locally hosted/on-premise LLMs running on internal infrastructure, ensuring the confidentiality and security of sensitive contractual data.
- ETL & Machine Learning (Python): strong proficiency in advanced Python, including Pandas, NumPy and Scikit-learn, for processing and transforming heterogeneous data and developing predictive and quantitative models.
