Project Role Description : Develops applications and systems that utilize AI tools, Cloud AI services, with proper cloud or on-prem application pipeline with production ready quality. Be able to apply GenAI models as part of the solution. Could also include but not limited to deep learning, neural networks, chatbots, image processing.
Must have skills : Python (Programming Language)
Good to have skills : Microsoft Azure DevOps
Minimum 7.5 year(s) of experience is required
Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education

Summary:
As an AI / ML Engineer, a typical day involves designing and building advanced applications and systems that leverage artificial intelligence technologies and cloud services. The role requires integrating generative AI models into solutions and ensuring that applications are production-ready, whether deployed on cloud platforms or on-premises. Daily activities may include developing deep learning models, working with neural networks, creating chatbots, and implementing image processing techniques. Collaboration with various teams to align technical solutions with project goals is a key aspect of the role, alongside continuous refinement and optimization of AI-driven systems to meet evolving business needs.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the design and implementation of AI and machine learning solutions to address complex challenges.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical skills and project contributions.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless integration of AI components within broader systems.
- Drive innovation by researching and applying emerging AI technologies and methodologies.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python (Programming Language).
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft Azure DevOps.
- Strong knowledge of machine learning frameworks and libraries relevant to Python.
- Experience in developing and deploying AI models in cloud and on-premises environments.
- Familiarity with generative AI models and their practical applications.
- Ability to work with deep learning architectures including neural networks and image processing techniques.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Python (Programming Language).
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
