Applying through Greenhouse
No account needed: the form is one page, with an “Autofill my application” option that reads your resume.
Greenhouse doesn’t read resumes over 2.5 MB, or details placed in a header, footer, text box, table or second column. The file still attaches, but a recruiter has to type you in by hand.

About the role
We file this job under Analyst, by the work the posting describes.
Analysts answer business questions with data. They pull numbers with SQL, build reports and dashboards, and explain what changed and why to the people making decisions.
Most postings ask for SQL, spreadsheets, a dashboard tool such as Tableau or Power BI, and clear writing.
Unlike a data scientist, an analyst mostly explains what happened rather than building models that predict what will.
We seek a skilled Google Tag Manager (GTM)/Google Analytics 4 (GA4) Implementation Specialist to join Sporty Group. This role is critical in ensuring the accuracy, efficiency, and strategic use of our data analytics platforms to drive business objectives.
What you'll be doing

Platform Audit: Conduct comprehensive audits of our Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 implementations to identify discrepancies, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
Implementation: Lead the implementation of GTM and GA4 across our web platforms, ensuring all tags, triggers, and variables are correctly configured to capture the required data.
Maintenance: Regularly update, maintain, and optimize GTM containers and GA4 configurations to support new features, evolving business requirements, and platform updates.
Debugging: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to tag management, data layers, and analytics tracking, ensuring data integrity and accuracy across all marketing channels.
Training & Documentation: Train internal teams on the effective use of GTM and GA4 for their day-to-day operations. Document processes, best practices, and system changes.
Compliance & Privacy: Ensure all implementations comply with data protection regulations such as GDPR and CCPA while maintaining user privacy standards.
Ownership: Own the implementation of front-end and back-end tracking events and serve as the primary specialist for investigating and resolving tracking issues. Establish processes for testing events across Product Managers and Engineering teams.
Documentation: Curate and maintain a tracking schema for front-end and back-end events, including triggers, event parameters, user properties, and related documentation.
