Job Summary

The Continuous Improvement Analyst supports the delivery and ongoing evolution of the Bank's A3 Continuous Improvement capability, tools and experiences.Working across data, platform enablement, business analysis and capability-building activities, the role helps identify opportunities for improvement, supports the development of solutions, and contributes to the successful delivery of Continuous Improvement initiatives.The role combines analytical thinking, structured problem solving and strong stakeholder engagement to help improve colleague experiences, strengthen adoption of Continuous Improvement practices and support informed decision making.

Key Responsibilities

Data Analysis & Insights
•    Support the collection, analysis and reporting of Continuous Improvement and A3 programme data.
•    Identify trends, patterns and insights that help inform programme priorities and improvement opportunities.
•    Assist in the development of dashboards, reports and performance measures.
•    Contribute analytical insights and recommendations to support decision making and continuous improvement activities.
•    Support benefit tracking and value-realisation reporting where required.

 

Business Analysis & Requirements Support
•    Work with stakeholders to understand business needs, challenges and opportunities.
•    Support requirements gathering activities through workshops, interviews and discovery sessions.
•    Document business requirements, process flows, user stories and acceptance criteria.
•    Conduct research and analysis to support solution design and prioritisation decisions. 
•    Assist in evaluating proposed changes and identifying associated impacts, risks and dependencies.

 

Platform & Product Enablement
•    Support the ongoing enhancement of Continuous Improvement platforms, tools and digital experiences.
•    Contribute to the management and refinement of enhancement requests and product backlogs.
•    Work with technology teams and delivery partners to clarify requirements and support feature development.
•    Monitor progress of enhancement activities and provide updates to stakeholders.
•    Gather and consolidate user feedback to inform future improvements.

Testing & Release Support
•    Support user acceptance testing activities for new features, enhancements and platform releases.
•    Develop test scenarios, test cases and supporting documentation.
•    Coordinate testing activities and track feedback, issues and defects.
•    Support validation of solutions to ensure business requirements are met.
•    Assist with release readiness activities and post-implementation reviews.

 

Training & Capability Building
•    Support the development and maintenance of A3 Continuous Improvement training materials, guidance and resources.
•    Deliver A3 and Continuous Improvement training sessions to colleagues across the Bank.
•    Provide day-to-day support to learners and stakeholders using Continuous Improvement tools and methodologies.
•    Contribute to initiatives aimed at strengthening Continuous Improvement capability and adoption.

 

Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
•    Build effective working relationships with stakeholders across business, technology and transformation teams.
•    Prepare presentations, reports and communications to support programme activities.
•    Translate data and analysis into clear and structured messages for a range of audiences.
•    Support meetings, workshops and governance forums through preparation of materials and follow-up actions.
