At the heart of Veeva are our values: Do the Right Thing, Customer Success, Employee Success, and Speed. We're not just any public company – we made history in 2021 by becoming a public benefit corporation (PBC), legally bound to balancing the interests of customers, employees, society, and investors.

Join us in transforming the life sciences industry, committed to making a positive impact on its customers, employees, and communities.

The Role

Crossix is positioned at the center of big data, innovative technology, media, and life sciences. Our mission is to empower life sciences companies with the data and insights they need to drive DTC and HCP marketing effectiveness and, ultimately, better patient outcomes. We are looking for a Media Data Operations Associate who has experience in operational roles dealing with media exposure data, measurement, and associated technologies. In addition, a successful candidate will have strong attention to detail, an affinity for increasing efficiency using standardized and scalable workflows, an insatiable appetite to learn, and an eagerness to join a growing team. This role is uniquely positioned at the intersection of media, technology and data operations; you will have the opportunity to learn about how marketing technologies converge in the rapidly changing healthcare space.

What You'll Do

    Crossix Implementation & Ongoing Monitoring
  • Own operational set up and ongoing monitoring tasks to ensure successful media measurement solutions for customers.

  • Troubleshoot issues with exposure data directly with external stakeholders, including media agencies and media owners.
  • Support customer success by suggesting process improvement, innovation, and efficiency across Crossix operations.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration & Support
  • Provide pre- and post-implementation support to internal and external stakeholders including agency partners, publishers, and internal cross-functional teams.
  • Join kick-off calls and ad hoc calls with clients to understand advertising specifications and discuss custom or complex set ups.
  • Support technical inquiries and requests from Client Services to bridge the gap between technical operations and account management.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience working in an operational role, preferably at a media agency or publisher
  • Experience working with or in ad operations, digital media analytics, or project management
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, etc.)
  • Experience supporting media campaign setup, including data operations and tag management
  • Exceptional attention to detail with strong critical thinking skills
  • Experience working with external partners coordinating across teams
  • Strong communication skills, as well as an affinity for explaining complexity through process flows and operational workflows while documenting changes
  • Ability to multitask with effective resolution management in a fast-paced, growing environment

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with various tag management platforms, such as Google Tag Manager.
  •  Familiarity with log-level exposure data across media channels
  • Programmatic DSP or Google Campaign Manager experience
  • Interest in the Media industry and big data operations
  • Experience building monitoring capabilities using BI tools like Sigma
