Serve as a primary analytics partner for the Corporate Accounts CAIP business, developing an understanding of its business priorities, performance drivers, customer segments, sales motions, and execution model. Own and evolve BI experiences supporting Corporate Accounts CAIP and Azure analytics, ensuring leaders and field stakeholders have trusted and actionable views of business performance. Develop and maintain executive scorecards, dashboards, KPIs, business review views, and analytical products supporting Corporate Accounts. Develop analytical experiences that help stakeholders understand Azure performance, growth trends, customer performance, pipeline and execution signals, and areas of business opportunity or risk. Partner with Corporate Accounts business leaders, Sales Excellence, Finance, Strategy, and Operations teams to define reporting requirements, metrics, analytical priorities, and success measures. Translate business requirements into scalable BI solutions rather than one-off reports or analyses. Proactively identify trends, performance drivers, risks, and opportunities and communicate them through clear analytical narratives. Ensure CAIP and related reporting experiences provide consistent definitions and reconcile appropriately across executive, field, and operational views. Continuously improve the usability, performance, and relevance of Corporate Accounts BI based on stakeholder needs and changing business priorities. Design, develop, and maintain the semantic models and analytical data products that underpin Corporate Accounts, CAIP, and Azure reporting. Establish consistent definitions for key Corporate Accounts metrics and ensure that business logic is implemented consistently across reporting experiences. Design analytical assets to support natural-language querying, Copilot-enabled experiences, agentic analytics, and other AI-driven analytical scenarios. Ensure semantic models contain the appropriate definitions, metadata, relationships, descriptions, and business context required for both human and AI consumption. Support certification of data assets and semantic models for enterprise use, ensuring they are trusted, governed, documented, and discoverable. Analyze Corporate Accounts performance across multiple data sources to identify customer, product, sales, and execution trends. Investigate performance changes and determine the underlying drivers behind business results. Evaluate the impact of business initiatives, investments, programs, and changes in execution. Develop repeatable analytical approaches rather than relying on one-time analyses. Build trusted relationships across Corporate Accounts leadership, Finance, Strategy, Sales Excellence, Operations, Engineering, and Analytics organizations. Work directly with business stakeholders to understand the decisions they need to make and determine the analytical capabilities required to support those decisions. Automate recurring analytical processes and reduce manual reporting wherever practical. Support SME&C's broader AI-first analytics strategy by ensuring Corporate Accounts data and semantic models can be safely consumed by both traditional BI and emerging AI experiences. Experience building business intelligence solutions using Power BI, including dashboards, scorecards, executive reporting, and interactive analytical experiences. Analytical and problem-solving skills with demonstrated ability to convert complex business questions into analytical solutions. Experience working with sales, commercial, finance, operations, or customer performance data. Demonstrated ability to move beyond reporting results to explain why performance is changing and what actions should be considered. Experience translating business requirements into scalable analytical products rather than standalone reports. Ability to independently own BI solutions from requirements through development, validation, deployment, and ongoing improvement. Experience supporting sales operations, business operations, finance, strategy, performance management, or commercial organizations. Experience analyzing customer, product, revenue, consumption, pipeline, or sales performance. Experience with cloud, Azure, enterprise software, or technology-industry business models is preferred. Ability to connect operational and sales indicators to broader business outcomes. Experience with DAX and SQL and the ability to independently investigate and validate data. Experience working with large or complex datasets and optimizing models for performance, usability, and scalability. Experience consolidating fragmented semantic models or reporting solutions into reusable analytical foundations. Ability to explain complex analytical findings in simple business terms. Experience creating executive-ready scorecards, presentations, and analytical narratives. Ability to distinguish between reporting a metric and explaining the business drivers behind it. Ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders. Ability to independently manage BI products and analytical workstreams from definition through delivery. Master's Degree in Mathematics, Analytics, Engineering, Computer Science, Marketing, Business, Economics or related field AND 3+ years experience in data analysis and reporting, business intelligence, or business and financial analysis OR Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Finance, Mathematics, Analytics, Engineering, Computer Science, Marketing, Business, Economics or related field AND 4+ years experience in data analysis and reporting, business intelligence, or business and financial analysis OR equivalent experience. Master's Degree in Mathematics, Analytics, Engineering, Computer Science, Marketing, Business, Economics or related field AND 6+ years experience in data analysis and reporting, business intelligence, or business and financial analysis OR Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Finance, Mathematics, Analytics, Engineering, Computer Science, Marketing, Business, Economics or related field AND 8+ years experience in data analysis and reporting, business intelligence, or business and financial analysis OR equivalent experience.
