About the Role
We are looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst to join our growing BI team at Loyalty Juggernaut (LJI). If you enjoy working with data, building dashboards, identifying trends, and translating business requirements into actionable insights, this could be a great opportunity.

What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain BI dashboards and reports to track business and operational performance.
• Analyse hospitality metrics such as occupancy rates, Average Daily Rate (ADR), RevPAR, room revenue, booking trends, cancellation rates, and guest behaviour.
• Analyse historical and current data to identify trends, revenue optimisation opportunities, and operational inefficiencies.
• Gather requirements from business stakeholders and translate them into meaningful dashboards and analytical solutions.
• Extract, transform, validate, and analyse data using SQL and BI tools.
• Perform root cause analysis to identify data discrepancies and business performance trends.
• Support forecasting and trend analysis for room demand, occupancy, revenue performance, and seasonal business patterns.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data Engineering, Customer Success, and business teams.
• Identify opportunities to automate recurring reports and improve reporting efficiency.

What We're Looking For

• 0–3 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, MIS Reporting, or a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, relational databases, and data analysis.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar BI tools.
• Understanding of dashboard development, KPI reporting, data validation, and reporting processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret business data.
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable insights.
• Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.

Good to Have

• Exposure to the hospitality, hotel, travel, or hospitality technology industry.
• Understanding of hospitality KPIs such as Occupancy Rate, ADR, RevPAR, and GOPPAR.
• Familiarity with Hotel Management Systems (PMS), Central Reservation Systems (CRS), or Revenue Management Systems (RMS).
• Knowledge of revenue management, booking patterns, customer segmentation, and guest experience analytics.
• Familiarity with Python, cloud data platforms, ETL processes, and data warehousing.
