Our intern program is intended to enhance your overall learning experience, give you an opportunity to make an impact, have some fun, and meet great people along the way.  

Join us for a 1-year paid internship designed to let you apply your classroom learnings to real world challenges.  Our internships have a thoughtful balance of networking, executive speakers, community involvement, big meaty projects (no paper filing here!) and fun!

Education and Experience Required:

• Currently enrolled in a four-year college and graduating with a bachelor's degree in February 2028
• Must be enrolled full time at an accredited university.

Preferred Majors/Programs:

• Computer Science
• Data Engineering / Data Analytics
• Industrial Engineering
• Process Engineering
• Business Administration

Preferred Knowledge and Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Microsoft Excel.
• Interest or experience in data analytics, automation, AI, or process improvement.
• Exposure to Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, SQL, Python, or similar technologies.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a global, cross-functional environment.
• Curiosity and willingness to learn new technologies and digital platforms.
