This role bridges business context and technical delivery, ensuring alignment and quality across all data projects.
Lead and oversee the execution of all data-related projects in Thailand, ensuring timely delivery and achievement of business objectives.
Act as the key conduit between global teams, market stakeholders, IT, and data delivery team
Conduct quality checks on data delivery team deliverables, ensuring outputs meet business requirements and standards.
Monitor project progress and proactively address risks and issues impacting quality or timelines.
Gather and relay market feedback to global teams for continuous improvement.

- Bachelor’s degree in Data related fields, Information Technology, Business, or related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- 5+ years’ experience in data project management, business analytics, or related roles.
- Proficiency in data analytics tools and platforms (e.g., SQL, Power BI, Databrick).
- Familiarity with data quality assurance processes and tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
Preferred experience
- Master’s preferred

- Objective Delivery of Data Initiatives
- Lead and oversee the execution of all data-related projects in Thailand, ensuring timely delivery and achievement of business objectives.
- Demonstrate and communicate business benefits of data initiatives to market stakeholders.
- Stakeholder Management & Communication
- Act as the key conduit between global teams, market stakeholders, IT, and data delivery team, facilitating effective collaboration
- Bridge business context and language gaps, ensuring clear understanding and alignment across all parties.
- Bring relevant business context to technical discussions, facilitating communication and issue resolution.
- Gather and relay market feedback to global teams for continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Experience

- Proven track record of delivering data initiatives with measurable business impact.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience working in multinational environments.
- Familiarity with data quality assurance processes and tools.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
