We believe the best analysts are entrepreneurial: you are given the strategic opportunity (the "what") and empowered with the autonomy to design, build, and execute the solution (the "how"). This role spans the entire analytical lifecycle. On one end, you will establish and maintain durable single-source-of-truth reporting suites, automate routine workflows, and engineer resilient data models (dbt/semantic layers). On the other, you’ll tackle high-leverage strategic problems—designing and implementing decision engines, evaluating on-site testing and experiments, unpacking complex customer unit economics (like LTV, retention, and churn), and optimizing commercial growth strategies. Sitting directly between technical engineering and executive business leadership, you will instrument tracking upstream, leverage AI tooling to accelerate delivery, and turn complex behavioral data into actionable operational and product strategy.

About the role

We file this job under Analyst, by the work the posting describes.

Analysts answer business questions with data. They pull numbers with SQL, build reports and dashboards, and explain what changed and why to the people making decisions.

Most postings ask for SQL, spreadsheets, a dashboard tool such as Tableau or Power BI, and clear writing.

Unlike a data scientist, an analyst mostly explains what happened rather than building models that predict what will.
