Analyze complex business data and turn findings into recommendations
Develop and optimize SQL queries and Stored Procedures for reporting
Design, build and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards
Build and maintain data models and semantic models for reporting
Partner with business stakeholders to turn their needs into BI solutions

Design, develop, and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards to support business decision-making.
Build and maintain robust data models and semantic models to support scalable reporting and analytics.

5+ years of hands-on SQL experience, including strong query-writing skills and experience with Stored Procedures.
2+ years of hands-on Power BI experience, with strong expertise in data modeling and semantic modeling.
Strong experience with DAX, data analysis, metrics, and performance analysis.
Experience working with data warehouses and/or tabular data models.
1+ years of experience using AI tools/applications in daily work, such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, or similar AI assistants.
Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) concepts or solutions.
Experience with AI Agents or agent-based AI solutions.
Experience using AI automation to improve analytics or business workflows.
Strong understanding of Business Intelligence and Business Insights.
