As a Data Analyst, you will play a key role in transforming business needs into data-driven solutions that support decision-making across the organization. Working closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and central data teams, you will analyze requirements, develop analytics solutions, and ensure that data models, dashboards, and reporting tools deliver meaningful business value.
In this position, you will act as a bridge between business and technical teams, facilitating discussions, translating requirements into analytical solutions, and supporting projects from initial scoping through development, testing, and implementation. You will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to optimize data processes and enhance reporting capabilities.

Your key areas of responsibility as Data Analyst Consultant:

Create and maintain documentation, presentations, and reporting standards.
Collaborate with business, IT, DPO, and central data teams to ensure data quality, compliance, and successful project delivery.
Identify opportunities to improve, automate, and accelerate data-related processes and reporting.
As an ideal candidate you have:
Experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a similar data-focused role.
Hands-on experience building dashboards and reports with Power BI, DAX measures, Power Query/M.
Strong SQL skills and experience with data modeling concepts.
Experience with the Google Cloud Platform (GCP) environment, ideally including BigQuery.
Ability to translate business requirements into analytical or technical solutions and communicate effectively with both business and IT stakeholders.
Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Fluency in English and Spanish; French is considered a strong advantage.
It is not a requirement, but other preferred qualifications would be:
Experience using Python for data analysis, automation, or reporting.
Experience with Power Apps.
Academic and/or professional experience in a biological, life sciences, or related domain.
