Job Overview
IQVIA is looking for Data Engineers to join the Data analytics team responsible for ETL, analysis, and implementation of US Healthcare data for analytics applications.
Job Responsibilities
- Interpret and analyze data using statistical techniques
- Conduct cleansing, conversion, and aggregation of data from several data sources
- Map fields into a common schema and match member information across data sources
- Standardization of vocabulary (e.g., standardization of Relationship Codes), member demography, and member months
- Assist, review, and train Associate Data Engineers and Data Engineers
- Perform other duties as assigned by reporting manager
- Follow organizational data processes
Job Specification
- Bachelor's Degree in computer engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent)
- 1+ years of relevant work experience
- Proficiency in SQL databases and database querying languages
- Sound knowledge of logical and arithmetic terminology
- Knowledge of US Healthcare processes and terminologies will be a plus point
