Looking for a Data Engineer to be based in Horsham:
Key Duties:

- Lead complex data analysis projects that drive strategic decision-making.
- Mentor junior data analysts and oversee their projects.
- Develop, refine, and implement policies and standards for data analysis and handling.
- Engage directly with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver comprehensive data insights.
- Innovate and implement key performance indicators and new data collection and analysis processes
- Collect and organize data from primary or secondary data sources.
- Independently analyse and interpret data trends or patterns.
- Develop and implement data analyses, data collection systems, and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.
- Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems.
- Provide detailed reports and visualization of data with actionable insights.
- Collaborate with different functional teams to implement or assess business requirements
Must have skills:
