The Data Management Services Business Partner is responsible for maintaining high data quality, governing SAP master data across domains, and providing daily operational support within a shared service center environment.
What you will bring

- Daily Support & SLA: Handle and resolve daily SAP master data requests and support tickets within agreed SLAs.
- SAP Master Data Management and Governance: Maintain cross-domain SAP master data (Material/Product, Customer, Pricing, BOM, etc.) ensuring high accuracy, consistency, and compliance.
- Shared Service Operations: Support regional/global business units by enforcing standard data policies and workflows.
- Data Quality & Reporting: Leverage Power BI to monitor data health, track operational metrics, and perform data audits and clean-ups.
- Process Improvement: Assist in master data projects, root-cause analysis, and process optimization.
