About AXA: AXA is a global leader in insurance and financial services, dedicated to helping customers protect what matters most to them. As the sixth-largest insurance company in the world, we provide a wide range of services, including health, car, home, and business insurance. We support millions of customers worldwide, helping them navigate life's uncertainties with confidence. AXA Commercial protects businesses, from multinationals to micro start-ups, giving them the confidence to thrive. Job overview: We’re looking for a proactive Data Operations Support Analyst to join our Impact and Enablement team within the Data, Analytics and Intelligence Function. You’ll help drive operational excellence by managing project trackers, frameworks and reports that showcase the value we deliver. While you won’t be directly creating data assets, you’ll work closely with analysts to support reporting, stakeholder engagement and fostering a data-literate culture. If you enjoy working in a dynamic environment and want to help shape our broader data strategy, this is the perfect opportunity to grow and make a difference. Key responsibilities: Assist in creating, validating, and maintaining high quality operational data reports to ensure accuracy and consistency. Support the management of the ‘Data Output Catalogue’ and collaborate with the Data Governance team on its integration within Collibra. Help develop and redesign processes and support the setup of a SharePoint site to promote transparency and easy access for stakeholders. Provide administrative support for frameworks such as partnership packs, project trackers and communication materials. Prepare materials, presentations, and reports for meetings, workshops and internal updates. Gather stakeholder feedback to identify data needs and enhance data storytelling for better business decision-making. Support the development of dashboards and reports to monitor data usage, impact and project KPIs. Assist in creating case studies and success stories to demonstrate the team’s value to the wider business. At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least two days a week (40%) away from home, moving to three days a week (60%) from December 2026. Away from home means attending the office, visiting clients or attending industry events. We’re also happy to consider flexible working arrangements, which you can discuss with Talent Acquisition. Your skills & experience: Strong attention to detail, with a focus on maintaining high data quality, accuracy and consistency in all outputs. Ability to work collaboratively with a positive attitude, fostering good relationships with team members and stakeholders. Organisational and time management skills, ensuring deadlines are met and priorities are effectively managed. Adept at preparing clear reports, presentations and stakeholder materials. Proactive approach with the ability to anticipate potential issues and develop practical solutions. Basic understanding of data tools such as Power BI, Excel or similar analytics platforms, to support reporting and dashboard creation. Demonstrated ability to support process improvements and contribute to a culture of continuous enhancement. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities while maintaining attention to detail. As a precondition of employment for this role, you must be eligible and authorised to work in the United Kingdom.
