What you'll be doing...

Your core responsibilities will include:

Should be proficient in Pyspark, Fabric data factory/any ETL tool, Building CI/CD pipeline using bit bucket/git hub, Used AWS or equivalent cloud services - SQS, SNS, Cloud storage, cloud watch etc.
Facilitating discussions with clients, adapting your style to different audiences
Offering multiple approaches to solve problems and balancing trade-offs
Should have good communication skill and can design/implement strategic tech solutions
Mentoring junior colleagues and contributing to internal improvements
Identifying opportunities to add business value and strengthen client relationships

In your first 3–6 months, success might look like:

Leading a small team to deliver a complex data solution
Facilitating a workshop with a client to shape project direction
Receiving positive feedback on your leadership and strategic thinking
