Data Quality Coordinator IEMEA - GBS (TM) | CTBC

Job Description

Ensure sustainable data quality across IEMEA and act as the central interface between business functions, Data Governance, IT, and SAP transformation projects. Support data governance, process standardization, SAP S/4HANA initiatives, data migration, and continuous improvement activities. 

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor data quality KPIs and identify improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate resolution of data quality issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Support Data Governance standards, roles, and processes.
• Support SAP S/4HANA rollouts and data migration activities.
• Coordinate data quality dashboards and reporting.
• Drive process standardization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, Purchasing, IT, and other stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Experience in Data Quality, Master Data Management, or Data Governance.
• Good knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with KPI reporting and tools such as Power BI is an advantage.
• English proficiency (written and spoken).
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA, data migration, or transformation projects is a plus.
