- Lead and support data analytics and business intelligence initiatives to success, with focus on Non-Financial Risk (e.g., Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Client Review, Fraud or Sanctions)
- Collaborate with internal IT and external providers to conduct in-depth analyses and identify best-in-class solutions by leveraging latest technology as well as the Compliance Analytics & Transformation in-house built infrastructure
- Design, develop, monitor and document predictive models following industry best practices and sound theoretical foundation
- Work closely with senior stakeholders to design quantitative solutions using different analytical principles to optimise various banking processes
- Assess and manage change requests raised by the business
- Execute regular and ad-hoc analysis and reports
YOUR PROFILE
- Master or Bachelor’s degree from a university of applied sciences in STEM fields (science, technology, engineering, mathematics)
- At least 5 years of Banking experience with focus on Compliance, Risk Management and Legal
- Proven experience in managing audit and regulatory expectations
- Strong communication skills with the ability to decompose complex solutions and data insights into a compelling storyline for the rest of the organisation
- As an agile worker, you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where things evolve quickly
- Enthusiastic about leveraging data and statistics to solve complex problems
