Sitting at the intersection of business strategy and technical execution, you will lead cross-functional initiatives from ideation to analytics to actionable recommendations. Data serves as the core foundation of the company’s go-to-market strategy—powering target buyer identification, market expansion, sales team segmentation, and territory management. This position offers a high-impact platform to gain deep exposure into business operations, with clear career growth potential toward executive leadership (e.g., VP/COO tracks).
Improve Data Quality & Value: Identify new data-driven revenue growth opportunities, enhance lead generation methodologies, and improve sales prospecting efficiency by ensuring high data accuracy. Source & Evaluate Vendors: Conduct market analyses to evaluate vendor capabilities against business requirements, test vendor data quality, and present recommendations to the leadership team.
Bridge Technical & Business Teams: Translate non-technical feedback and “wish lists” from Sales Representatives into technical specifications for Data Engineers, and communicate insights back to business stakeholders. Process & Logic Documentation: Maintain operational discipline by documenting workflows and query logic to ensure all analyses and processes are reproducible and scalable.

Annual Pay Range
At Verkada, we want to attract and retain the best employees, and compensate them in a way that appropriately and fairly values their individual contribution to the company. With that in mind, we carefully consider a number of factors to determine the appropriate starting pay for an employee, including their primary work location and an assessment of a candidate's skills and experience, as well as market demands and internal parity. Below is the annual on-target earnings (OTE) range for full-time employees for this position, comprised of base compensation and commissions (if applicable).
