- Driving our enterprise data governance platform, including:
- implementing and optimising workflows (e.g. data product onboarding, ownership, policy scoring, risk screening)
- defining and maintaining metadata models, operating models and governance roles
- increasing adoption and usability through stakeholder engagement, training and continuous improvement
- Governing AI, GenAI & GenBI use cases, including semantic layer management, risk assessments, responsible AI controls and model governance
- Collaborating closely with product owners, product managers, data analysts, architects, security and legal teams to ensure governance is practical and embedded in daily operations
- Defining, monitoring and reporting on governance KPIs, compliance indicators and risk metrics
- Driving adoption and change, through coaching, training and continuous improvement of governance practices
