We are looking for an experienced professional to support a group-wide HR Data Governance project within Deutsche Telekom.

In this role, you will help improve HR data quality, establish effective governance processes, and turn strategic concepts into practical solutions. You will work closely with HR, IT, and business stakeholders while coordinating your own project workstreams.

  • Collaborate with Data Owners, Data Stewards, HR, IT and other stakeholders.
  • Prepare concepts, decision papers and status updates for the project lead.
  • Turn lessons learned from pilots into repeatable standards and processes.

Project Coordination and Delivery

  • Manage complex sub-projects and workstreams, ensuring clear scope, responsibilities and deliverables.
  • Plan and coordinate project activities, timelines, resources and budgets.
  • Provide functional guidance to project team members and ensure effective stakeholder communication.
  • Identify, assess and mitigate project risks.
