What You’ll Bring to Spectrum
Required Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Finance, Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering or related field or equivalent experience
Experience
- 5+ years of relevant technical or business work experience
Skills
- Demonstrated ability to analyze, interpret and present data
- Ability to make decisions and solve problems under pressure
- Proven ability to prioritize and organize effectively
- Proficiency in advanced analytics processes and reporting design principles
- Proficiency in SQL, Python or R
- Understanding of design and implementation practices within data visualization tools
- Effective verbal and written communication skills for internal and external customers
