Job description
As a Data Management Analyst, you will be responsible for monitoring, tracking, and ensuring the timely receipt and high operational quality of required client data files across live accounts. You will oversee automated tracking reports to identify missing or failed file transmissions, troubleshoot connection and formatting errors, perform data validation/mapping, and conduct direct outreach to client representatives. - Issue Tracking & Stakeholder Reporting: Document, track, and update file delivery statuses, client contacts, and error trends within internal CRM and reporting databases. Communicate metrics and operational insights to cross-functional stakeholders.
- Escalation Support: Assist in researching complex data queries, resolving escalated file errors, and serving as an operational backup for team leads on critical client issues.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration & Documentation: Partner closely with internal operations teams to resolve transmission blockers and update operational documentation/workflows.
