Data Modelling & BI Specialist

Drive the digital transformation of Deutsche Telekom's financial and planning processes through Jedox-based modeling and automation. Translate business requirements into operational planning models and collaborates with controllers and stakeholders from Telekom Germany in agile sprints. Contribute to the design of multidimensional data structures (dimensions, cubes, KPIs, business rules) and ETL processes to ensure accurate, automated data flows and consistent reporting standards. Create front-end reports and dashboards in Jedox to simplify data collection and enable data-driven decision-making. Oversee platform access management and content security of the platform Coordinate with Jedox internal support, managing issue reporting and resolution Bachelor's/master's degree in Informatics, Business Informatics, Mathematics or a related degree 2+ years of relevant experience in Data Analytics, Controlling, Business Intelligence or related field At least 1 year of experience working in Reporting and Planning software Experience in OLAP databases or any multidimensional databases is beneficial Language: Fluent written and spoken English, German skills nice to have Excellent teamwork and communication skills, high degree of customer and service orientation, organizational skills as well as initiative and decision-making competence High sense of responsibility, flexibility and commitment even under great time pressure Supports colleagues, encourages active cooperation, extroverted personality and high level tolerance A high level of social and intercultural competence helps you to act with confidence in critical situations A thorough and methodical approach to work
