Identify friction across the seller shipping and label purchase journey, uncover customer pain points, and recommend product and business improvements that increase label adoption.
Design, execute, and evaluate experiments to inform decisions on product features, pricing, and policy, while partnering cross-functionally to turn insights into measurable outcomes.
Develop scalable data pipelines, dashboards, and AI-powered monitoring solutions that enable faster decisions, improve operational visibility, and detect performance issues in real time.
What you will bring:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or another quantitative field; advanced degree or MBA is a plus.

Strong technical skills in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools, with working knowledge of Python or R.
Experience in product analytics, experimentation, A/B testing, and causal inference, with the ability to translate analysis into business action.
Demonstrated success applying data science, optimization, and AI techniques to drive measurable business impact; familiarity with modern AI tools and LLMs is preferred.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across Product, Engineering, Finance, and business teams in a fast-paced environment; experience in logistics, shipping operations, or carrier performance analytics is a plus.
