We are seeking a Finance Analytics & Insights Specialist to support the transformation of Finance Operations through advanced reporting, analytics and data-driven decision-making.

We are seeking a Finance Analytics & Insights Specialist to support the transformation of Finance Operations through advanced reporting, analytics and data-driven decision-making. The role focuses on translating business requirements into scalable reporting solutions, shaping reporting strategy, identifying opportunities for operational improvement, and delivering innovative analytics capabilities that enhance business performance and customer experience. The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, technology teams and delivery partners to develop reporting solutions, generate actionable insights and drive adoption of data-led decision making across Finance Operations.
Partner with business stakeholders to define reporting requirements, scope analytics solutions and recommend effective delivery approaches.
Work closely with technology, process and delivery teams to design and implement high-quality reporting and analytics solutions.
Translate business requirements into data models, user stories and reporting frameworks.
Develop prototypes and rapid insight solutions to support urgent management decisions and scalable reporting capabilities.
Identify reporting gaps and opportunities where insights can improve efficiency, effectiveness and business performance.
You have 5-8+ years of relevant experience in finance reporting, analytics, solution design or business intelligence environments.
You have experience in at least two of the following areas:
Experience working with modern analytics, reporting and cloud-based data technologies.
