Digital Analytics Manager - Maternity cover

Job Description

About the role:

You will work with complex data and will enable your colleagues to make data - based business decisions that will directly affect Redcare Pharmacy’s success. 

Please note that this position is offered as a fixed-term maternity cover.

 

About your tasks:

• You continuously monitor KPIs across all our digital platforms (webshops, apps) and leverage server-side tracking to ensure robust data quality
• You define, implement, and refine analytics frameworks in collaboration with product teams and marketing stakeholders, managing the end-to-end tracking setup in Google Tag Manager (including server-side tagging)
• You collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop custom dashboards and reports (Econda Analytics, Looker Studio), ensuring data-driven insights are accessible and actionable
• You plan, integrate, and maintain MarTech tools, while identifying opportunities to enhance cross-device, cross-channel, and customer journey performance
• You conduct training sessions and workshops to enable other departments to confidently work with complex datasets and analytics tools

Qualifications

About you:

• You have proven experience in digital analytics and comprehensive knowledge of analytics platforms (e.g., GA4, Econda), including server-side tracking
• You are proficient in JavaScript for advanced tagging; SQL and/or Python skills are a plus for complex data manipulation.
• You possess the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for diverse stakeholders
• You are familiar with privacy regulations (cookie policies, GDPR, DSGVO) and their implications for analytics strategies
