Job Summary: Vail Resorts is looking to hire a Director of Visitation Analytics. The Visitation Analytics team sits within Vail Resorts' Enterprise Analytics function under the Chief Revenue Officer and is responsible for forecasting, reporting, insight generation, and evaluation of strategic business opportunities related to skier visitation to mountains across the Vail Resorts network. The team leverages Vail Resorts' proprietary data as well as external data sources to generate insights about guest behavior and performance trends that create value for the business. This role leads a team of 5 employees and partners closely with leaders across Finance, Marketing, and other Analytics teams to support revenue growth initiatives, steward core analytical processes, and deliver executive-ready insights.
