This role also supports AI-enabled EHS applications and data integration initiatives in partnership with IT and Digital teams.</p> <ul> <li>Consolidate EHS data from enterprise platforms and systems.</li> <li>Maintain data integrity through validation, cleansing, and standardization.</li> <li>Develop and manage standardized BU EHS KPIs and metrics.</li> <li>Provide metrics and reporting support to sites and BU EHS leadership.</li> <li>Analyze EHS performance trends and risk drivers.</li> <li>Develop predictive and leading-indicator analytics.</li> <li>Translate insights into actionable recommendations.</li> <li>Develop and maintain dashboards using Power BI or Tableau.</li> <li>Support BU operating reviews and executive reporting.</li> <li>Support AI-enabled EHS applications and analytics tools.</li> <li>Partner with IT/Digital teams on data integration and automation.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <div> <h2>REQUIREMENTS:</h2> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field.</li> <li>Minimum 2-3 years of experience in analytics or business intelligence roles.</li> <li>Proficiency in MS Office, Power BI or Tableau; familiarity with AI software and integration technology preferred.</li> <li>Strong English communication skills to communicate with global business leaders such as SEA, Mexico, China and United States.</li> </ul> </div></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>What your background should look like</b></H2> </div><div><p>Generally requires Bachelors degree in appropriate field or local equivalent.</p> </div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Competencies</b></H2> </div><div><div>Values: Integrity, Accountability, Inclusion, Innovation, Teamwork</div></div></div></div>
