PREFERRED Experience in consulting or technology advisory roles. Exposure to predictive analytics, Generative AI, and Agentic AI. Experience building or scaling a Data & AI practice. Relevant Microsoft certifications and cross-industry experience. Requirements QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field. Master’s degree or MBA preferred. 8+ years of experience in Data, Analytics, BI, or AI, including 5+ years in leadership or senior advisory roles. Proven track record of leading enterprise data and AI transformation initiatives. Demonstrated experience advising C-level executives and managing complex client engagements. Strong combination of strategic thinking, technical expertise, and business acumen. Experience in consulting, presales, business development, and building high-performing teams. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills. Relevant Microsoft Data & AI certifications preferred.
