Through leadership of CR's most important data initiatives and strong partnerships across the organization, you will help position data as a trusted strategic asset that supports CR's evolving priorities.

Job Responsibilities

  • Set and execute CR's data strategy in alignment with business priorities, firmwide data standards, and applicable risk and control requirements.

  • Provide strategic leadership in developing and delivering data solutions that support CR's business operations, strategic objectives, reporting, and advanced analytics.

  • Establish clear ownership and accountability for CR's critical data assets, ensuring data is appropriately governed, documented, protected, integrated, and used.

  • Partner with product owners, business process owners, reporting teams, and analytics leads to identify, define, and prioritize critical data needs across CR.

  • Lead data strategy and governance for priority CR initiatives, including xCR CRM, Morgan Impact, market-based analytics, and other critical data products and platforms.

  • Identify and prioritize the data that must be sourced and integrated into CR platforms to support reporting, analytics, machine learning, and responsible AI use cases.

  • Establish and maintain collaborative partnerships across CR, Technology, Controls, Risk, Legal, Compliance, and firmwide data organizations to strengthen data understanding, quality, and effective use.

  • Direct processes to identify, monitor, escalate, and mitigate data risks throughout the data lifecycle, including data protection, retention, storage, classification, use, and quality.

  • Prioritize resources and remediation efforts to deliver strategic objectives and resolve critical data issues in a timely and consistent manner that maintains data consumer trust.

  • Deliver metrics and reporting that provide senior leadership with clear visibility into data quality, governance effectiveness, risks, issue remediation, and progress against CR's data strategy.

  • Lead and mentor direct and matrixed teams by setting clear priorities, accountability, and execution milestones.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
