| --- HR Data Insights NA Expert | | | TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES * Mailbox management and support/fulfillment of all reporting. * Thoroughly review requestors requirements to: Determine what report details are required to assist in fulfilling request, or if alternative options may better provide required information, AND fully understand the business problem to be solved, and/or the report purpose to ensure report provided delivers the required results, and no rework is required. * Create new or add/remove fields to existing reports. * Refresh data from multiple data sources to maintain dashboards or other HR reporting visualization tools. * Support for self-service reports – direct, provide information, and educate the HR community on existing self-service reports and dashboards. * Run/Support all scheduled reporting. * Following data sharing protocols, support specialized reporting requests for sensitive data (I&D) or process areas (Comp, TA, etc.) * Provide guidance or support questions from the business regarding the data/report output. * Proactively identify and drive improvements within the process and troubleshooting operational issues; act solution-oriented in improving quality standards and KPIs from a client’s as well as an internal point of view. * Run/Support quarterly/annual reporting. * Maintain reporting schedule changes. * Be the point of contact for any escalation or projects. * Responsible for reporting monthly metrics and KPIs. * Validation of SOP´s and training material. * New Hire training Plan coordinators and facilitators. * Responsible for assisting Team Lead on complex requests. * Participate in process improvement projects. WHO YOU ARE * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field (Mandatory). * 2 or more years of proven experience with HR Data Management administrative processes, ideally in an international environment along with a good knowledge of HR interfaces. * Proficiency in written and verbal English language skills (Mandatory) – other languages will be appreciated. * Strong proficiency of MS Office (Excel) and SAP HR; demonstrated experience creating pivot tables and vLookups. * Strong Experience in SQL, Power BI and Databricks is required. Workday is a plus. * Experience in working in an environment which requires the ability to work well under pressure, meet deadlines, and multi-task. * Advanced experience in SAP HR standard reports and transactions, specifically OM and PA. * High service delivery-attitude and passion for working in an international team. * Demonstrated networking skills and prior experience interacting in a confident manner with stakeholders, preferably in the regional and global HR/IT organization. * Strong self-management, time management and organizational skills and a structured way of working. * Proven ability to flexibly adapt to changing situations and to act in dynamic and complex surroundings. * Experience in working in an environment which requires the ability to work well under pressure, meet deadlines, and multi-task. * Ability to analyze processes, to identify potential for improvement and to propose innovative and sustainable adaptation to derive. * Demonstrated experience in building and maintaining excellent customer relationships. * Ability to maintain confidentiality. * Critical thinking and ability to think "Bigger picture" and understanding impacts. * Act with the highest respect to data privacy, compliance, and the sharing of HR Data.
